Quality Control System

The quality control system begins far away from the tannery in our collect points network consisting of 21 offices located all over Russia and controlling more than 40 % of all Russian raw material. At the present moment we soak 5200 tons of raw hides monthly.

We constantly upgrade the existing production benchmarks. Only the beamhouse area is 600 sqm and with tens of drums installed thereon. As for the whole production, it is equipped with more than 800 pieces of world best machinery: Bergi, Cartigliano, Emmezetta, Gemata, Gozzini, Mosconi, Mostardini, Poletto etc. The tannery is 90% automated.

We develop new types of leathers and process our production in close contact with leading chemical companies: BASF, BAYER, CLARIANT, PIEL COLOR, SARHEM, STAHL, TFL, ZSCHIMMER & SHWARZ. 

 
The tannery has one tanning yard and one retanning (fatliquering & dying) yard.
New electronically regulated shaving machines allow us to achieve the right substance of shaving.
The most important features of leather such as softness, flexibility, color, elasticity etc are grounded during the retanning processes.

Facility’s machinery has been updated in a very huge way (more than 80% of all the equipment is brand new).
Vacuum dryer “Turbo Vacuum” by Cartigliano is has high production efficiency and makes it possible to dry leathers using low temperatures allowing us to preserve the natural grain of the
“Escomar” sammying - setting out machine is the equipment of the next generation and its features allow us to avoid hard physical labor & improve the quantity of production.
